POROMIX contains POROSIL Light Weight Aggregate, Confirming to ASTM C-332-56T (GROUP-1) Portland Cement and Plasticizer. It is widely accepted and utilized by Prestigious Projects for ENERGY CONSERVATION.

Areas of Application :

Residential Buildings, Commercial Complexes, R&D Centres, High Rise Buildings, Pharmaceuticals and Textile Units, Automotive Plants, Power Plants etc.

Simple Application :

POROMIX can be laid over the RCC Slab in 2" (50mm) to 4" (100mm) thickness. Requisite water (apprx. 30 litres / 25 kg bag) should be added to the dry POROMIX and has to be mixed thoroughly without applying high pressure mixing techniques. And the layer has to be laid over the RCC slab, Steel deck (Roller Roof deck) etc. Spraying of water for curing should be done thrice a day in summer and twice a day in winter for 4 to 6 days.

Over the POROMIX slab, a water proofing layer is a must. The other layers of IPS, tiling etc. can be done as usual.
